Register for the Appropriate Body service
All schools that offer a statutory induction are required to have an Appropriate Body (AB) for their Early Career Teachers (ECTs). As a Teaching School Hub, we will provide AB services to meet the needs of our county across all phases and settings.
The AB registration is one part of three steps of your ECTs registration.
What you need to do
Formal ECT registration is completed via ECT Manager, our online ECT management system for the statutory induction process.
New to NTSH’s Appropriate Body service?
- You will need to register your school’s Induction Lead on ECT Manager: www.northamptonshireteachingschoolhub.nqtmanager.com/RegisterTutor.aspx
- The nominated coordinator can then login to register the ECTS here: here.
Previously registered?
If you have previously accessed NTSH's AB service you can login here to register your ECTs.
