Specialist NPQs

We're excited to be partnering with DfE-accredited Ambition Institute to deliver the National Professional Qualifications across Northamptonshire.

The specialist NPQ course provide teachers and school leaders with a fresh approach to career progression. The four specialist NPQs provides teachers and leaders with the opportunity to invest in their own development without moving away from what they love – teaching in the classroom. 

There are four NPQs which are specialist qualifications:

• NPQ in Leading Teaching (NPQLT)
• NPQ in Leading Behaviour and Culture (NPQLBC)
• NPQ in Leading Literacy (NPQLL) 
• NPQ in Leading Teacher Development (NPQLTD)

DfE-funded scholarships are now available to schools across England, including all state schools and state funded organisations that offer 16-19 places.
