A career for life
We take teacher retention in our region personally and are proud that 100% of our trainees have secured a role in their graduating year, earning over £31,000. We work closely with our trusted network of schools to facilitate early conversations to ensure our trainees are at the forefront of recruitment decisions, right from day one.
💰 We're invested in you 👉 we'll pay your fees
To ease the burden of the new increase in tuition fees, we are offering to pay back eligible trainees £9535 over three years when they are employed at a participating school after successful completion of the training programme. (Terms and conditions apply).
